Thank you for your interest in the KaribuKit. Due to the digital nature of our product, all purchases are final and non-refundable. When you purchase the KaribuKit eBook, you receive instant access to download the full content, and as such, it cannot be "returned."

3. Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
While we do not offer refunds, we are fully committed to your satisfaction. If you encounter any technical issues with your purchase, such as:
- You did not receive the download link via email.
- You are unable to open or download the PDF file.
- The file appears to be corrupted.

4. Chargebacks
By purchasing the KaribuKit, you agree to these terms. In the event of a chargeback claim, please note that we will provide the bank with proof of digital delivery, including server logs showing that the product was made available for download and sent to the email address on file.
